Happy Moments

25/02/2010
Few happy moments happened this week. Two days ago, Edmund,Wk and I gave a mysterious surprise to our dear brother, Kai Loon. This is how it happened. To give a surprise there're two things required. The brain and acting. So at first we told Kai Loon that we're going MP for bowling. He did not suspect anything because we are so obsessed on bowling (started from last week). Kai Loon was looking innocent because he did not know what was our plan. This was also one of the fun part to see how innocent he is. I was driving that day. When we reached our destination, Edmund told us to accompany him to buy cinema tickets. It was a lie. It was done to bring Kai Loon to al-ikhsan shop for his birthday present. We entered the shop, looking for branded shoes. At that time he still did not know what is going to happen. We went through the whole shop, pretending looking for shoes for our own. Then, there goes the right time! Edmund and Wee Kee told Kai Loon the actual reason we went to MP(those lies brought him to DP). Kai Loon was blur for quite sometime. We make sure that he choose the shoe he like. In the end, he chose a white nike shoe with some red stripes on it. We headed to the counter, and was paid. So the big packet of plastic went into his hand hanging. Before we left the shop we took picture of him showing his present proudly. He was shy. The price is not a problem. The smile on his face makes everything worth while.

Today, it was another brother, Wee Kee's birthday. This was made not so surprising because he knew we'll give him something sooner or later(ahaha...xp). Started in the morning, Edmund suggested to play bowling at mibc(tasik utama). It was a serious decision and was not a lie. So we went there. Before getting out of the car we gave him the present we bought. It was a blue nike bag. His face was shy and happy. But we hope he'll like the bag. Then, we headed to the bowling centre to make some serious skills(=.="). From there, i've learnt how to curve the ball. It was bad but not so bad. After the fun, we settled our lunch at new JJ, the steamboat restaurant. It was my first time to eat there. The food all order by sets. So we can choose any set which we like. We ordered chinese tea because it is free and can refill anytime. The place was well-organised and clean. Each one will have their own boat and cook their own. They used electronic heater to heat the boat and we can control the temperature too. We ordered tom yam as the soup. When everything were placed on our table, the party started. The tom yam soup was sososo and very...steam! The best tom yam tasted so far. When i drank the soup, I can feel my whole body is burning especially my stomach. It feels steamy fantastic! It is a great restaurant to recommend for others to steam yourself with steamboat! After all the steamy moments, we walked around JJ and went to the arcade section to cool ourselves. After cooling, we continued to walk around and accompany edmund and wee kee do some survey on DSLR camera. These cameras are cool and nice to play but it is really seriously expensive! Rich people has rich hobby(hehe). But is not my type. After that we went to brands outlet to looks for few coo, t-shirts to buy together. But there's no cool stuff for the time being. After that, we decided to go back home.

When i went back home, took a quick shower and went out for my church practise and then headed to dinner at Pay Fong High School. It was a sweet moment. The dinner is to celebrate double celebrations of our dearest Fr. Joseph Hung for his 85th Birthday and 55 years of priesthood! During the dinner, Fr.Hung performed singing to everyone in the hall. He sang lovely and everyone was smiling and clapping with him. He was so happy. I feel so touched and blessed and honoured to see this old, holy priest to joke around even though he's 85 years old. He still's strong and healthy. May God bless him abundantly.
